      Access to really good produce

      Cons

      Everything else is horrible. Horrible communication between management and employees. No type of organization and they refuse to implement anything to ensure there is some. Zero room for advancement.

      I don’t work there anymore.

      Cons

      No training from the first day. Sales director and ownership (father and daughters) are horrible managers. Facility is mismanaged in all areas as well as filthy. Director of sales is untrustworthy. I secured new accounts and he took them away from me to line his pockets with commissions. Stay far away from this company in all jobs offered. You’ll hate your life.
