Pros
Casual work environment. Jeans every day. Bring your dog. Small enough that everyone knows everyone. Business is on the right track financially with steady growth and lots of future potential. Promotion opportunities at entry level.
Cons
Understaffed. Very negative atmosphere at HQ - think "Can't Do" mindset. More cussing heard daily at the office than at the local tavern. Senior management has verbally assaulted vendors and partners in front of staff. Priorities shift frequently and decisions, if made, can reverse in the span of two heartbeats.
