Working for Fashion One, you immediately get swooped into the glamour that the company seemingly offers: travel, a chance to be on TV or work with models, etc.
Cons
In reality, the company is super disorganized, allows corrupt individuals to take on management roles and bully new employees, and continuously pay freelancers months after payment is due, and fire employees without warning (unless they get so stressed they quit beforehand).
