Pros

Fast Lane success lies in their thoroughly picked team of trainers, who are not only distinguished by industry-recognized certifications. but possess a good track record in training services inside and outside Ukraine.

Cons

Most of the trainers are currently contributing as free-lancers, since economic situation in Ukraine has worsened considerably. From the employee perspective, this is a downside, since one has to manage multiple training center contacts and maintain sometimes overlapping unclear training schedules.

Pros

Great colleagues! Employees are hard-working people dedicated to their jobs. Decent benefits, PTO, generous 401K.

Cons

There is much misalignment with their international parent company who govern US operations without consideration for US market trends. Over the last 3 years, one CEO resigned and the next CEO walked out with no notice. The homegrown LMS system requires lots of manual processing which produces unreliable data. Many of the tools used for company operations require lots of manual processing or simply aren't a good fit for our industry. We couldn't always honor basic industry standard customer requests. There are rounds of layoffs nearly every year, sometimes twice/year. The company strategy, product strategy, go-to-market strategy changed often, making it difficult to plan, execute, and gain success. Fast Lane had a "Retention Committee" within the last 5 years but changed it to twice yearly employee satisfaction surveys.
