Great Atmosphere and excellent training

Not to complain about. Awesome company.

Nothing. There is absolutely nothing good about this place.

This company is not remotely upfront about the job that you are applying for. I walked into the first interview for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT role and was being interviewed for a sales position. The interviewers were not upfront about the hours or even the day to day duties on the job (I even specifically asked in the interview what I should expect on the day to day duties of the job and the interviewer danced around the question) I did get the job and was asked to come in to complete paperwork and then on the spot I was then told I was expected to work the full day, something I had not prepared for. From the second I walked into the training area I knew in my gut this place was a bad place, the training area feels like a creepy cult, the "training" procedure is a joke and centered around bullying and tricking people. This job is comprised of standing outside a walmart or HEB and bullying customers into signing up for Spectrum. The entire vibe of this place is sickening and manipulative. STAY AWAY.
