Pros
The company just got bought, so there are a lot of major changes, making it so I can't work there anymore, but the manager of the Tech Support Team is a pretty chill guy. He was very happy to work out a schedule that makes it so I can work, study for university, and manage to work out.
The job is great, as it includes training so if you are new to IT it's a great start not sure what will happen once they are fully integrated within WHG.
No regulations on work breaks so you can take a break whenever, unless you are alone on shift they do make it a problem if you take a longer than 15 minute break, but they have no issues with multiple breaks as well.
Cons
Not a full root tech support job. Root only on VPS/Dedicated CPU Server.
The pay isn't good even for Tech Support. The ceiling for salary is like mid-3k.
Manegment is (one person) isn't really transparent with what happens in the company. Always saying "please reach out to me, let's talk," but rarely replies in a timely manner. The language he uses is very corporate, always leaving a door for himself, very manipulative language.
