Family owned and family feel - Inside Sales Fastbolt Employee Review

The interview process was amazing - start to finish it was 1 week in total. I have never experienced this before. The onboarding process was immediate and completely user friendly. My co-workers are all wonderful and when they say family oriented they are not kidding. Everyone is treated like family!

Wonderful group of people to work with and work for. You are expected to work hard and apply yourself in all you do, but this company will also do figurative gymnastics to accommodate one's personal/family needs and schedules. Great place to be. Challenging, fast-paced industry.

Have not experienced many cons. Better technology / business initiative integration & coordination, perhaps.
