Sometimes the office isn't very busy, so you actually have plenty of time to yourself.
Cons
Management and compliance were extremely poor, and the company lacked diversity. When I joined, they believed I fully met the company’s requirements, but because the branch wasn’t very busy, I was laid off for no fault of my own. They have a zero-tolerance policy for mistakes—they won’t allow you to make any errors at all, and even the slightest mistake can cause them to dismiss everything you’ve done. Moreover, the salary is truly pitifully low, making it difficult to cover normal daily expenses. Gender diversity in the office is extremely poor, and the workforce is racially homogeneous.
