Pros
It is a good way to get a start in sales is guess.
Cons
They change your commision pay every 6 months and not it a good way. All they care about is the share holders not the people actually make the sales. They put on your pay stub that you work 45 hours a week but make you work atleast 50. Just all the way around a terrible company to work for.
