Entry level opportunities, learning sales. Good stores can be a great place to learn the ropes. If you can get in with the right people you can get a job that can be a career.
Cons
No recognition for the abilities of employees. Everyone is looked at based on how long they have been with fastenal or who they know. If you don't get hired for the exact position you want or have experience in you better start making friends with the right people.
