Pros
Fastenal does not micromanage. Allows you to truly feel like you own part of the company, which drives performance and sales goals. Great benefits for full-time employees. If you are pat of a quality team the sky is the limit.
Cons
Some team members may be difficult to work with, but this can be expected with any job. Commission calculator could be more fair to employees rather than forcing high margin on every sale in order to receive full commission.
