Pros
After twenty plus yrs as a driver I can say the only a few pros to this job , vacation time , steady work.. thats all
Cons
where do I start, no communication, pay is below national average, always asked to do things for free, treated as your opinion means nothing (management has know idea of how to run a trucking department, never the less communicate the changes they put in effect ) wont replace drivers that have moved on, all in all it once was a career, now just pays some of the bills.
