- We can get into a habit of speaking 1:1 too much. This is especially problematic for a remote working company. In fairness, this has been recognised and more group slack channels are being created. But right now, communication and knowledge sharing could be improved
- If you like a company that provides a solid structure with clear cut processes, this might not be the place for you. We work in chaos much of the time. I for one thrive in it (to a degree) but its not for everyone. Processes are gradually being put in place to handle key problems so we'll get there.
- Sometimes i'm not sure if we're always working on the most important things to achieve our business goals. Thankfully, the senior management are open to hearing feedback and i do feel we are heard.
- As a fully remote working business, we could probably do more to help people separate work from home life.
