The management is operated under fear and intimidation. Resignations may be classified as terminations when it's in the company's interest. Compensation is below market standard with limited commission potential. Overall, the culture lacks recognition, compassion, and consistent support for employees. If you are looking for career growth and high earnings in sales, look elsewhere, particularly for those outside the UK office.
