Pros
None. it’s not looking good.
Cons
Hours cut. Customers moving on to different companies because of poor quality control and poor execution. Management is being pressured by higher ups to meet deadlines due to company going public. Customer’s satisfaction is crumbling. A company came to us to order a production molding tool and instead of securing the job for us fathoms higerups outsourced the job to china to save money. Fathom was then turned down for the job because the customer had worked with us for years and never had to get anything outsourced. Fathom bought our company a few years ago. Since joining the fathom umbrella we have been falling to unfathomable lows. We have basically no work in the shop and hardly anything on the books. Many of the employees have been with the previous company for decades and they are terrified. We literally have nothing to do and when we ask management what’s going on we’re just told that everything is fine and that it’s normal. ITS ABSOLUTELY NOT! I’m looking to go elsewhere asap. We get showered with fathom swag and lunches that nobody wants and then the famous Ryan Martin pep talks once a year are a real treat . He’s a joke and he’s ruining his company.
