DO NOT WORK HERE - Production Intern Faurecia Employee Review

Management is poor. I received 4 days of training and they let go the person training me. But I was still expected to know everything. My manager would often tell me to just make things up or cheat numbers. Very shady if you ask me. Also structure is loose and often managers do not hold themselves accountable instead its a finger pointing game. Also as an intern they expected me to work 40 hours but still expected me to do my engineering classes at school. If asked for time off to study I would get yelled at.
