Excellent pay, good medical benefits, excellent 401(k) match, lots of culture Extensive onboarding (Nelly)
Cons
So much onboarding it takes away from time actually doing your job. Senior management doesn't often even talk to their managers, only directors who have a skewed view at times. Job definitions and expectations are often lacking and so making sure you are on track can be very difficult. Often amazing how upbeat everyone is and yet they don't have much cash on hand and often aren't making the margins that others in their space do.
