It can be Mentally draining

The clients and the workers are the only good thing about this job

Upper management and supervisors have no idea on how to run a company. The work setting has a very high school feel to it. The supervisors do the bare minimum and expect the workers to do their job PLUS supervisor responsibilities. If McDonald's paid the same amount I would say go to McDonald's. This job is for people that just need something quick and temporary. not a career.
