Cons
Management has no respect for employees. The management clique is snippy, disrespectful and they turn a blind eye to their favorites misdeeds. Management treats the employees like they are all stupid undeserving human beings. Delivery drivers are charged out of their paycheck if they are missing a case of juice or bring the wrong one back. Drivers and salesmen work in some of the worst neighborhoods in Chicago. Warehouse is understaffed and management refuses to hire even one more employee. No retirement party or even a lunch for those who leave - hey you spent decades here but so-long. If you get hurt on the job the company will deny it. Employees are the most unhappy bunch of people I’ve ever seen. Old timers can’t wait to retire and newcomers either quit or get fired.
