Pros
Good company to work for. Management is hands on, and willing to assist when needed. I went through a 2 week long training where I was able to see each departments functions, and how their work impacted the company. This not only gave me a better understanding of the company, but also allowed me to interact with employees. Longevity with a company is high on my list, and knowing that there are employees that have been here for 18+ years is amazing!!
