Cons
The salaried GM takes server and bar shifts (even when it's slow) but doesn't do side work. There is already way too much side work without that. I often do three hours of side work while having only four tables while he has the busy station. The stations are imbalanced and they make to effort at fairness. The tipout, which is a mystery, generally results in around 50% of tips going who knows where.
