Friendly work environment, pretty understanding about time off. Small bank with a pretty usual daily client base allowing you to get to know your customers on a semi-personal level.

Seems bank treats customers better than employees. Have to work a few Saturdays every quarter and even if you are scheduled to be on vacation you could be scheduled to work that Saturday, although you are permitted to switch with someone but it is one more thing you would have to take care of before you can go on your vacation.

A great place to work if you are friends of upper management.

If you were an employee prior to new management your career was over.
