Some growing pains but that is expected.

Very nice, modern office space in an area with lots of food options. Free access to very nice gym and personal trainer. Very nice shared cafeteria. Very flexible work hours and work-at-home, at least for some positions. Nice and casual senior management.

Cafeteria is pricey. No severance pay. Limited flexibility to place you if the contract you are working ends. Not as organized as high-functioning, larger companies.
