Pros
You will gain a lot of experience if you work with the right people, the benefits are some of the best I've experienced and pay isn't too terrible either, flexible work hours with ability to telework if you are office staff.
Cons
Micromanagement and a lot of passing the blame. The office is like a high school clique so if you're new you will probably not feel welcomed. Exclusion from company events (happy hours, outings, etc) but that goes back to the office being cliquey. The company is very top heavy with executive management and very few people seem to want to work together.
