Pros
This used to be a strong company with a great team, interesting challenges, and a healthy work environment. However, over the past year, significant changes have negatively impacted both the culture and working conditions. With the arrival of new C-level leadership, the focus shifted from outcomes and impact to strict control over office presence, including tracking time down to the minute. This created an atmosphere of micromanagement and lack of trust. Following substantial financial losses, the company implemented large-scale layoffs across all offices. These included long-tenured, high-performing employees. The layoff process appeared non-transparent, and the communication around it was handled poorly. In its current state, the company no longer meets expectations of a healthy workplace — neither in terms of management approach nor in how employees are treated.
