Pros
Limited at the current stage
Cons
I worked at the company for several years. Over time, it became increasingly clear that the company lacks a consistent strategy and long-term direction. Priorities tend to shift frequently, with new initiatives started and then abandoned before reaching maturity or market traction. From an engineering perspective, decision-making often appears disconnected from technical realities. Teams are managed by individuals without strong technical backgrounds, which leads to inefficient processes and questionable product decisions. There have also been multiple organizational changes and layoffs, including entire teams being dissolved. This contributes to an environment of instability and makes it difficult to build or maintain long-term projects. The overall atmosphere became increasingly uncertain and, at times, felt challenging and high-pressure. In my experience, employment stability could be limited, with terminations happening on short notice. I also encountered issues related to final payments, which led to a formal dispute that is being handled through legal channels. The overall direction seems focused more on short-term cost considerations than on sustainable product development. Based on my experience, this is not an environment I would recommend for those seeking stability, clear direction, and long-term professional growth.
