      So many pros: - employees live the culture values - customers love the partnership approach we have to solving FinCrime - big brands are strategically partnering with us: AWS, Mastercard, Deloitte, EY, PWC, etc. - significant global footprint with the "who's who" of financial services as customers - awesome benefits: 4 day work weeks in August, wellness $, gift day, and much more - diverse team top to bottom of the org that welcomes new ideas and solutions

      Nothing out of the ordinary for an innovative, fast growing company: - hiring the right talent fast enough - prioritizing the many exciting asks coming from the market and resourcing them

      Pros

      Feedzai has a top notch product that is helping stop real world fraud impacting millions of people around the world. The leadership team is very accessible and open to ideas that will help the company grow and scale. The culture is great and very collaborative. Work hours are flexible and with so many companies forcing a RTO plan onto employees Feedzai is doing the opposite and allowing people to have remote work and work-life balance. Benefits are also top notch!
