      Pros

      Good product, great vision for where the product can go.

      Cons

      Presenting itself as a non disruptor when it is. Could easily go for large enterprise size deals but continue to want to follow a subscription model that does not cater to large deals. Far too focused on the process rather than the results.

      - Remote - CEO seems fine but unaware of what is going on within one of his teams

      Cons

      - Toxic leader that belittles team. -Do not come here expecting to make a commission, gain experience or grow as a professional. - Leader does nothing to help sell and doesn't even truly know the platform
