      Pros

      good benefits, most of the workers and lower manager are great friendly hard working people.

      Cons

      there is no consistency in policy adminstration, there is zero trust from managers to the workforce - all decisions are made by either TD or the EC. The only thing that matters is if John and Jamie like you, if not - you get nothing despite being a stronger performer and contributer. If there is a genuine problem, there is no one to turn to because of the politics

      Pros

      Good health insurance and PTO. I enjoyed working with my peers.

      Cons

      Depending on what manager you get, watch out. HR sweeps all complaints under the rug when a manager is considered "indispensable". Complaints not just by me, but an ENTIRE TEAM. A manager who completely lacks people skills, only technical ones, shouldn't even be a manager.
