Turning a corner - Manager Fellowes Brands Employee Review

There have been quite a few changes at Fellowes over the past few years. Some of these have resulted in a lot of turnover which results in some of the negative reviews on here. However, the company needed a change of direction in order to better compete. Their core products have traditionally been paper based, so they are making an effort to move away from those. It will take time, but I think the company overall will have a bright future. The Mobile Accessories team has been somewhat shielded from some of the changes since it operates out of a separate office. This team is a very collaborative and motivated group that was a pleasure to work with. They are very open to new ideas and you get the chance to have experience in many different areas of a consumer products company. The Mobile Accessories team is a small group, but has some great talent and regardless of your area of expertise, a lot can be learned from this team.
