Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your experience while employed here at Fellowes. We are happy that you enjoyed working with your peers and were able to balance work and life well. With a new HR team, we are currently assessing our compensation, incentive and benefit offerings, and will definitely be taking a close look to make sure we are competitive with the market in regards to vacation time and merit increases as we move forward. We are let down that you didn't feel supported as you onboarded, leading to a negative experience off the bat. We know those first few weeks are crucial to someone's success here. The existing onboarding program is one area our team immediately saw as needing a makeover. We will actually be launching a completely revamped and enhanced onboarding and orientation program in the new year to better support our new hires as they integrate into Fellowes. This will include a formal Buddy Program, a more structured onboarding/training schedule beyond day one and more information up front on our company, our products and our vision/goals moving forward.
