It's incredibly important that our employees share their feedback. Especially in recent years, there has been more and more action to surface issues and act swiftly to improve on areas of opportunity thanks to our employees' feedback. Regarding the use of consultants, we place a high value on employee feedback and, in some cases, are also open to the use of credible external partners if we find a need for an objective perspective and evaluation of a function to make sure we are appropriately resourced, structured, etc. We are in a great place to evaluate our talent structure and ensure the way we are operating today puts us in a positive position to continue to progress. This includes investing in a blend of newly created positions to fill gaps and allow for internal mobility, and also repurposing roles that have evolved as our needs as a company have evolved as well. In relation to your comment on shrinking markets, it is no secret that the office products industry is certainly changing given the shifts in technology and the way people work today, but that is why we are always exploring new opportunities and investing in new innovations on both existing and new products. We've stayed in business for over 100 years and are happy to say we are still going strong! Lastly, regarding your comment on H1b visa talent, we have an incredibly small percentage of employees that fall within this talent pool. Our #1 goal when recruiting externally is to find the right talent who can do the job well and add to our culture, no matter the status.
