      Great marketing to capture talent

      Cons

      Poor work life balance with a toxic work culture. Extremely poor management and communication. My manager literally asked for my flight details just because I was two hours late on a Monday morning after a 2 weeks approved AL break. I would say the company does extreme favouritism and feedback loop is totally broken. Leadership team just saves their own blunders by putting on juniors when projects go into red escalation modes

      Pros

      The talent across teams is exceptional. There’s a strong sense of ownership, with people trusted to take responsibility and deliver. The pace is fast, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and gain exposure to different parts of the business.

      Cons

      Because of the pace of growth, some internal processes can still feel like they’re a work in progress, which can sometimes lead to inefficiencies or duplicate work. At times, priorities can change quickly, which requires teams to be flexible.

      Remote working is good 401K and health insurance

      Cons

      Hot mess of company particularly in delivery of projects. The CCO is the worst I have ever seen. No strategy and all over the place. Developers are based in Ireland and are very difficult to deal with. No career opportunities and lots of layoffs
