Pros

The company's core business model, which is meant to give college students the ability to learn industry skills by doing real world projects with major companies is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to get experience in IT prior to entering the industry for real. The knowledge gained during experience at Fenway group is very realistic, and includes skills that won't necessarily be gained in school but are entirely applicable to your career.

Cons

Once you move past the associate consultant stage, being at Fenway loses a lot of its value. There seems to be a reluctancy to promote individuals from within and a desire to find excuses to keep from ensuring gains in performance. Transparency from upper leadership to middle and lower leadership is minimal at best and it is not at all uncommon to be hearing about sweeping company decisions only moments before they take effect. Pay for standard consultants who have completed the program seems to be lower than industry standard, however the location of the offices does help this.
