Pros
Company culture was a major selling point when I was hired and for the first 3+ years, it was a great place to work. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills, try out new approaches to reaching our customers online, etc. But as leadership changes were implemented and the economy became more tough for the industries Ferguson works in, there was a major shift from the top down. By the time I left, our 300+ department had been completely restructured and we were no longer meeting our customers' needs or expectations due to backtracking how we were engaging customers as if it was the early 2000s.
Cons
Salaries tend to be a lot lower due to using the corporate office location's cost of living (VA). C-suite leadership unaware of today's customer expectations and ways to engage them. SO MANY MEETINGS.
