Pros
I joined this company at the manufacturing plant level months ago and have thoroughly enjoyed working there. This is the first time I have actually felt respect for my plant manager in terms of leadership and capabilities. My direct manager has been very supportive and only hands on when needed. VP is very energetic/enthusiastic which is great change of pace from my previous employer. All employees here are happy for the most part and the culture is great.
Cons
Very fast paced which is great for some but not for everyone. Initially was taken aback by the amount of people that had left company recently but this is perhaps due to the company still positioning itself after merger and buyout a few years back.
