Pros
This company has gone through a lot of change in a very short timespan, which can be stressful, but can mostly be fulfilling. You always have something to strive for improving every day. Ideas, if proven worthy through data and/or sound logic, are accepted without going through a bureaucratic nightmare. The growth at this company has been great. I have been given opportunities, as well others, to go into other areas of the business that I hadn’t had much experience in. I also believe the DEI program is working. It will never be perfect, but I’m starting see women and people of diverse backgrounds in Director level positions. This is helping with a well rounded perspective on things and Ferrara is more of a reflection of the community we serve than ever.
Cons
There are some cons but I would rather share them directly with Senior leadership rather than on an open forum anonymously.
