      Some of the people are nice.

      Cons

      The senior management team, both in the UK and globally, have no sense of what it is to be working under them. They make things up on the fly, and all they care about is their own bonuses.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
