      Solid company. Good salary and improved work-life balance. Lot of extra benefits in Luxembourg (parking, gym, conciergerie), making life easier.

      Uncertain career path and "old-style" management. Formal environment.

      Pros

      Great products. Good holiday schedule. Pretty good work-life balance. Base compensation and bonus pretty good. Stability (little to no layoffs)

      Cons

      Bad management. No perks whatsoever beyond base and bonus - no profit sharing, not even matching charitable contributions. 401(k) company match is low. Favoritism, unequal workload and resource distribution, and major accountability issues. Transparency issues.
