Pros
Working with the lab employees and managers from the HQ in Texas is great. Very knowledgeable and supportive with training. Willing to fly you out to HQ to receive training. Owner/CEO will talk to you on a first name basis - major plus. Fesco as a whole is a good company that would receive a solid rating, but the WV district specifically... NO.
Cons
WV District operations beyond pathetic, no leadership, run like a zoo. Sadly lack of communication between corporate Texas offices and WV allow p*** poor management to run a drama show and grab for control in areas they shouldn't. Horrendous micromanaging that puts specialized employees in a bind between the standard practices set forth by the corporate lab and however the local office wants it done. Drama, drama, drama. Middle-aged high school boys & a popularity contest. Pay well below national average in WV District ($18/hr) with production testers constantly ragging on you because they think you make a killing and get to sit in an air conditioned office, when in reality they make 4x more than you. Just a toxic environment. To the point the WV District practically dissolved and had their doors shut in 2019.
