Pretty much everything is a downside.
The CEO speaks to you like dirt. If they ask your opinion, don't bother giving it, as they won't care and laugh in your face. Management skills are extremely lacking in most of the people that work there. Customer Service department are used and thrown away like toys. The turnover of staff is the highest I've seen in any company. You will often be told that if you don't do something (like work weekends/evenings/ cancel your holiday or even not come in when ill) you're extremely easily replacable. If Customer Service department gets too many negative complaints (due to the fact that there's no staff to answer calls/emails/chats, because the CEO REFUSES to employ more people) be prepared to be made a scape goat and be unceremoniously fired, without any basis - no previous feedbacks of company not being satisfied with your work.
Horrific place to work at.
