Pros
Absolutely none that are worth it.
Cons
If I could rate this place lower than one star I would, In a year if me working there the entire staff has been turned over. (with a full staff of about 5 I know not a single person who had a pleasant experience there) On my first week there a gentleman who was a previous employee of Ann Sacks other company warn me she'd be a nightmare, I wish I had taken the hint. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! If you decide to take this nightmare of a job, the owner WILL forget things she has said to you and give you an earful later. She is a huge virtue signaler and will constantly justify yelling at people either on the phone or in person while constantly reminding you how great she is for giving her money to animals. I had put a 2 weeks notice in to quit as I had a lot going on with my family and the job was becoming too emotionally exhausting (I had to work 6+ days a week for months) and was offered a bonus to stay on with the store (never received it)...weeks later the current manager tried to use the same letter of resignation to make me leave, as I had no proper documentation proving that they wanted to keep me on. They will constantly remind you how good you have it there, I was told on multiple occasions that I will never find a job better than the one they were offering there. I was made to skip lunched because the owner didn't want any of the queer people working in the front of the store for some time (as she did not like their aesthetic), I gave as much pushback as I could though I definitely got an earful several times. (even though we hired them as part-time sales associates as well. ) I have never worked for a company that is more emotionally draining and abusive.
