Great culture, amazing group of people, challenging, busy, the company has had tremendous growth and success. It's an amazing place to work, there is room for personal growth, they care about their clients, ethics is important, leadership is sound.
Cons
As with all smaller companies, the rumor mill runs rampant - but thankfully it's only a few people that keep it going.
