      Pros

      Enjoyable check-ins with the Director of Happiness. He made sure everyone at Fetchly was satisfied in their role.

      Cons

      Realized one day that every single U.S. Employee is a friend or relative of the CEO and they got a lot of preferential treatment, unlike the contractors from other countries who are treated like they are disposable. Promises of change constantly made and never followed through on. Examples of this are promised raises that were never granted, or individualized career plans promised that were never made. Trust no one.

      The people are amazing to work with. I love that we have weekly check-ins that's non-work related

      - the initial on onboarding process is very good. - there is always something fun happening aside from work - the team values your feedback on projects

      I worked there for a short time and had no issues. I really liked working here.
