      Pros

      Good Starting pay, a good way to get KUBs eyes on you if you want to get in there. lots of opportunities for overtime.

      Cons

      Not a whole lot of concern for safety, One of the supervisors refuses to help out, will delegate his jobs out so he can sit in the office all day. sometimes its mandatory weekends. only 40 hours of pto per year. not a whole lot of room for growth within the company
