Racism and misogyny - Technical Account Manager Fidelis Cybersecurity Employee Review

Your brand is what your employees say about you and Fidelis's brand is a dumpster. Working for Fidelis was one of the most troubling experiences of my life. The leaders of this organization often display acts of racism and misogyny as a joke towards their co-workers. HR and legal will put on the facade that they care but ultimately move to protect the offending party. No one is making any money here and everyone just seems to be holding out until they close the doors. In addition, the few customers that they have seem to be questioning the financial validity of the company as large PO's are being cancelled left and right.
