Pros

This company truly feels like a family. You can tell that everyone really cares about you, even outside of work. I like how you are welcome to bring ideas to the team, and they will actually listen to them. Everyone goes above and beyond to help each other. The CEO is really understanding of personal problems and has been nothing but kind in my time working here.

Cons

Sometimes there are homeless people outside of the building, but the valet will walk you to the door if you ask.

Pros

Team was supportive, kind, and fun! Learned SO much because managers provided opportunities to step into the skills I was interested in. The team was included in many meetings between clients and the CEO, which was an amazing learning experience.

Cons

Client objectives can change quickly, but that's typical for marketing agencies.

Pros

Hardworking employees who care about the quality of their work—but they’re stretched thin and unsupported.

Cons

The CEO is the biggest obstacle to this company's success, and his refusal to listen to anyone but himself is driving it into the ground. Employees repeatedly raise core issues, month after month, trying to help the business function better, but constructive feedback is either dismissed outright or met with hostility. The CEO simply cannot handle anyone telling him "no" or suggesting improvements, creating a toxic cycle of delusion and dysfunction. He spends all of his time selling, making grand promises to clients about services we either lack the expertise to deliver or don’t have the manpower to complete. Meanwhile, his employees are left scrambling, overworked, and disorganized, trying to meet the impossible deadlines he's recklessly committed to. I never had a standard weekly meeting with him because, instead of pouring into his team and providing the support we desperately needed, he prioritized selling like a snake oil salesman. He promises the world but delivers chaos—and the employees are left to pick up the pieces. This creates a negative feedback loop: the CEO sells services we can't fulfill → the team expresses concerns → the CEO ignores or invalidates the feedback → the team is overworked and spirals further into burnout and disarray. It’s a constant state of "emergency" that stems from his own poor decisions, but he refuses to acknowledge that he's responsible. Beware of the inflated positive reviews—most were written under pressure or from interns long before the company became what it is today. If you value your mental health and professional growth, avoid this place.
