Salary not too bad, all the girls/lady are girl friends of the directors/ senior personnel. promotion depends on how close you are to the senior management, good place for beautiful and smart girls ready to play the dirty game
Cons
No job security, no respect for human rights by the management, violation of various ethics and regulation, bribes regulatory bodies a lot. poor working environment. Lot of juju. difficult to reach peak of your career.
