      Some students were great kids

      Cons

      Unmanageable students; lack of student support; leadership that only cares about those who follow orders; no room to grow professionally; no real support from anyone in leadership; no one trusts the teachers to know what is best for the students; HOS is threatened by anyone who has an opposing opinion
