Pros
They don't check references and almost anyone can get a job there and add phone experience to their resume. It's only 28-34 hours a week which works out well for students and others who don't want 40 hours. Some of the people are nice.
Cons
The upper management is verbally abusive and fires people without good reason. The place is very disorganized and the work is very stressful. Some of the people are sleazy and project their own weaknesses on to others. You have to watch your back.
